Office Administrator

Job Description

Starting Up to $19.50/hr

Specific Accountabilities:
·        Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to facilitate the documentation of Busch’s best practices and standards for all areas of        the business.
·        Ensure accuracy and upkeep of Busch’s best practices and standards on the BRC. 
·        Assist with the documentation of new programs and services as requested.
·        Facilitate updates to operations and training manuals.
·        Contribute to organizational effectiveness by offering information, suggestions and recommendations.
·        Respond to “We Listen” feedback and calls from guests, working with store and office teams to ensure successful resolution. Identify trends and help       to permanently fix and address them.
·        Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing educational opportunities, reviewing professional publications, benchmarking state of        the art practices and networking.
·        Support work on developing Busch’s business proposals.

Skills & Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills:
·        Previous experience in business processes writing and documentation of business standards 
·        Proficient management and leadership skills.
·        Proficient organization and planning skills, especially to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
·        Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
·        Proficient computer skills in excel, word and email. Able to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology.
·        Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Physical Requirements:
·        Lifting - Up to 20 lbs.
·        Standing - Approx 50% of shift
·        Reaching/Twisting - Approx 80% of shift
·        Walking - Approx 50% of shift
·        Pushing/Pulling/Bending - Approx 20% of shift
·     Repetitive Motion: Hand and wrist - Approximately 85% of work shift
·     Squatting/Kneeling Approx 10% of shift
