Position Overview
The primary functions of our Customer Service Representatives include interfacing with customers regarding account support, new orders, quoting, production scheduling, and general product/technical information. Orders are processed via direct contact, telephone calls, emails, and facsimiles. The Customer Service Representatives work together with the Outside Sales Team to establish, maintain, and improve the business relationship between Glass & Mirror Craft and our Customers.

Essential Functions
·        Detailed support of existing and new customers
·        Receiving and processing orders by phone, fax, and email
·        Clear, proactive, and consistent communication with customers regarding order and/or project status
·        Interfacing with peers, project management, operations, and logistics (internal and external) to ensure on-time and right delivery
·        Provide recommendations for alternate products to customers based on cost, availability, and product specifications
·        Incorporate various sales tactics to increase company orders such as cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales
·        Educating customers on key features and benefits of products and services
·        Commercial projects will be an area of daily projects
·        Maintain customer files
·        Positive, energetic mindset a must
 
Required Education, Experience, and Job Requirements 
·        Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years of experience in Customer Service within a Manufacturing environment is greatly preferred
·        Familiarity with CAD a plus
·        Proven effective teamwork skills with a positive attitude
·        Ability to establish productive relationships with internal and external customers
·        Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
·        Excellent communication skills including grammar, spelling, writing, and voice/diction
·        Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
