JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sherwin-Williams has a network of global facilities supporting our sales efforts of supplying our global industrial customers with outstanding products and services. Our customers are sophisticated and complex global manufacturers of wood, metal, or plastic who need coatings for the products they manufacture and sell. The largest segments we service in our global facilities are kitchen cabinets, heavy equipment, transportation, building products, military, and furniture.
The Training Program is an opportunity to join a successful global company with multiple growth opportunities. We are seeking highly motivated candidates with an interest in sales, customer service, leading a successful team, and learning how to run a large business operation. Facility leaders are responsible for sales, customer relationships, P&L management, people leadership, and business planning in collaboration with the business units we support.
 
What you will gain:
· 8-12-month focused development program designed to help you be an effective business leader in sales, customer service, people leadership and business operations.
· In addition to your first assignment as a Facility Operations Manager, this program will build a strong foundation
o development of business acumen for managing a profit and loss statement
o development of professional selling skills
o preparation for a successful career in management and in sales.
· Partner with facility leadership to oversee a multi million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of the facility

· We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance and business management

Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business related field
· GPA of 2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale
· Must be open to relocation based on business need for training, post program position and promotional opportunities
· Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s License
· Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
· Be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
· Be able to operate material handling equipment safely, once trained
· Be able to distinguish the difference between colors, a skill used when color matching paint

· Prior work experience in sales, leadership or customer service
· Leadership experience as demonstrated by your involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
