Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the warehouse solutions sales activity, orders, invoicing, purchase orders, pipeline and maintaining CRM accuracy. This includes working directly with the customer, sales staff, vendors, and other internal departments to process and finalize warehouse solutions orders.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience working in material handling industry a plus
  • Proven ability to provide accurate and thorough data
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite required with strength in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to deal with sensitive issues and/or persuades others inside and outside the department to take specific actions
  • Highly motivated, well-organized, and quality focused
  • Must be a team-oriented professional who can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, to be proactive, to work independently of day-to-day supervision 

 
Principle Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for customer success activities including leading cadence calls, managing action-item lists, coordination between engineering and customer teams, regular occurring status updates.
  • Assist the Warehouse Solutions Manager with customer quotations and presentations.
  • Responsible for assisting the Territory Managers with customer quotations and presentations.
  • Monthly invoicing and coordination of new orders.
  • Uphold strong relationships between our vendors as well as sourcing new vendors.
  • Maintain full ownership of action item lists while leading the necessary efforts to coordinate, and fully resolve customer issues that may be of an urgent matter and require high priority support.
  • Managing CRM activities, opportunities, forecast and invoicing.
  • Collaboration with the Territory Management team to continually drive improvements for project execution.
  • Preserve the highest standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness to customer requests.
  • Keep up a positive demeanor, as the ability to cooperate with colleagues under high-pressure situations.
  • Coordinate between customer contacts, team resources, direct team members, partners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders on all aspects of a project.
  • Occasionally create presentations and deliver content in a highly effective and professional manner.
  • Additional projects as identified and assigned.
